In Mind Therapy is a psychology clinic in North Lakes, on the northside of Brisbane. We provide a person-centred approach with clients across the lifespan and provide a wide range of psychological services including assessments and couples/family therapy.

We are a down-to-earth psychology clinic, seeking like-minded behaviour support clinicians to welcome into a supportive environment where all staff are valued. You’ll be joining a unique team of behaviour support clinicians, psychologists, counsellors, and office staff who are like family.
WHAT WE OFFER:

scheduling for work roster - Remuneration rate at $100 per hour, dependent on your
experience and qualifications - Due to your previous experience, we offer further opportunities

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Development of Functional Behaviour Assessments, including:
- Collection of behavioural data
- Analysis of behavioural data
- Identify the use of Restrictive Practices
- Develop, implement, and maintain Behaviour Support Plans using an ND Affirming model
- Create solutions that effectively minimise the barriers and risks for NDIS participants and maximise their outcomes
- Consistently document, report, and communicate key information
- Create and maintain productive relationships with participants and stakeholders
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Current driver’s licence and access to own vehicle
- Associated degree with training, knowledge, and skills in
developing and maintaining Behaviour Support Plans - ABN
- Current Police Check, Blue Card, and NDIS Worker Screening Card
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant qualifications and experience are desirable
- Problem solving skills and the ability to implement these
skills in a logical manner - Meet compliance, report writing, and administration obligations
- Demonstration and understanding of the principles of the NDIS
